Our Story

Padano is a casual dining restaurant located on Main Street, Rutherglen — Established in 2017, by Paul and Anueta, our little restaurant has gone from being the "new kid on the block" to becoming a local favourite with the residents. 

Our mission was to create a local restaurant with a city centre vibe where families could come together to celebrate their special occasions without having to go too far from their local community. We provide authentic Italian recipes, always cooked from scratch with fresh ingredients, and an exceptional customer service every time you visit our restaurant. 

Over the years, we have held tight to the traditional Italian dishes, and the traditional way of making them, but after all, even the oldest of tradition was once an invention. 

For that reason we even added a chicken pasta on our latest menu, the Rigatoni del Capo, which is now one of our most sold dishes...
